My opinions about Seoul design city

I think Seoul design city project waste a lot of money. Now, World has been going through economic depression. So Seoul mayor have to save the money instead of investing Seoul design city project. Seoul  city project improves city's view. and foreigners visiting Seoul remember good environment of Seoul. But, If Seoul design city project is stopped, Other projects about supporting poor people, transportation system and  other things proceed. Now, we choice the best thing. The best thing is that sometimes, it helps common people, but, it improve environment. The Seoul mayor sehoon Oh focus on Seoul design city project. And then Seoul's estimate of flood extremely decreased. That's last summer flood's reason. Also sehoon oh's project improves Seoul's  landscape. but, seoul's landscape doesn't have unique characteristics unlike other city's landscape. For example, New york's time square, London's black cab are the city's unique characters. So, Seoul has to develop seoul's unique. For example, taxi using colors of korean traditional clothes
In summary, I think that an estimate of Seoul design city project have to decrease. I suggest that when money is abundant, should collect money.

oil price in korea

On October 18, I am interested about oil price. because I like driving vehicle.
since I can drive automobile, I carefully watch a sign of the gas station.
every time i watch a sign, oil price skyrocket. so I show some alternative plans.

First, government should enforce selective operation system. selective operation system is that car users have choice the day of using car. this system used in IMF. this system is uncomfortable for car users. but if car users don't use car, the oil demand decrease.

Second, Public transport system is designed by citizen's opinion. and then, a lot of citizen use the public transportation. so oil demand decrease.

above my opinion, just my thinking. so If you have the good opinion, you comment this journal. I sincerely think that oil price should reduce.
